‏ Numbers 32:37-38

37 And the people of Reuben built ^aHeshbon, ^bElealeh, Kiriathaim, 38 ^cNebo, and ^dBaal-meon ( ^etheir names were changed), and ^fSibmah. And they gave other names to the cities that they built.
